I know that reaching out for help can be a scary thing to do, but you’ve found yourself on this page for a reason. You want to heal.

 

The longer you wait to get help, the more time you will spend suffering.

 

I want to help you on your healing journey and I’ll be here for you every step of the way. Just think how different your life could look in six months from now if you make the start today.

 

What is a discovery call?

 

We will have a friendly conversation over telephone or video call, where I will find out more about you, what challenges you are currently having and where you would like to be in the future.

 

This call is to help you to find out if coaching is right for you and whether we are a good fit to work together.

What happens if we start to work together?

 

For Those Who Want 1-1 Coaching

You can book in 1-1 online sessions as little or as often as you require. There is no pressure and it’s whatever suits you.

You can choose to book sessions as you go at an hourly rate, or you can purchase 6 sessions for the price of 5 as a block booking.

Alongside your 1-1 sessions, I will also provide you with coping mechanisms and activities to implement into your every day life.

For Those Who Want To Work Independently

I have a wide range of programs, from 'Healing Beyond Heartbreak - A Pet Loss Healing Guide' to 'Re-Wiring The Pain Brain' - A program I have created that will guide you step by step through understanding the brain-body connection and equip you with practical tools to manage and rewire your pain responses.

You are welcome to add 1-1 sessions to help you on your journey.

 

Throughout your journey we will uncover your challenges, work towards your goals and celebrate milestones reached. I will make sure that you have the resources and coping mechanisms to enable you to cope after therapy.

Working Together Online

 

You’ve made the big decision to get help on your healing journey. Well done.

 

But what now?

 

Perhaps there are a lack of coaches in your area, or maybe you don’t have the time to be traveling to and from an appointment.

 

This is where I come in!

 

Online coaching can be a good option for lots of reasons.

  • It’s accessible: this can make it a good option for people with disabilities, or for people who live in areas with limited grief coaching services.

  • It’s convenient: you can schedule your sessions around your work or family commitments and from any location.

  • It’s comfortable: we can meet from the comfort of your own home, office, car, or private space. This can be helpful if difficult emotions arrive during the session.

  • Private: No one but me and you knows that we have spoken. You won’t see people in a waiting room online.

  • Cost-effective: Meeting alone can reduce costs and hassle associated with travelling and parking, freeing your energy and time.

  • Flexible: You can easily message me if you are struggling or need to reschedule a session.

 

Successful coaching is the result of multiple factors, including:

  • Setting and agreeing on goals: Whether you want to gain better coping mechanisms, change your grief-related behaviours or any personal goal, we must agree on these goals and outline how we are going to work together. 

  • The quality of the relationship we build: It’s very important that we have a collaborative, equal, two-way relationship. I strive to provide a comfortable, safe, nonjudgmental space where we can build a meaningful relationship together. Clients have given me feedback saying that they feel like they’ve known me forever and that they can talk to me about anything. That’s exactly what I aim for in my session. Our relationship will be built on trust, empathy and communication.

  • Your own engagement: You must want to help yourself and be committed to the process. I will help you escape your comfort zone and grow to meet your goals, but you must also be willing to address your fears and be motivated to do work outside of sessions.

 

Often people worry that the physical symptoms and emotions they are feeling are not “normal” and are afraid to open up.

As your coach, I’m here to tell you that nothing you tell me will shock me. I am here to listen. I am not afraid of your pain. I understand. I believe you and I believe IN you.
